Feedback gevenApparently, the stalls in which you normally order, or at least mine, was not working. So I waited at the window line to order. Fortunately, I was not in a hurry to get somewhere, cause that took a while. But the shining star in today 's Sonic experience was the young man taking orders and working the window at about 8:00 a.m. He was everything an overworked employee could be, and changed my whole attitude re: Sonic. Please give him a promotion and/or a raise!Parking: Several stalls DO NOT WORK. Take them off-line, put up a sign for us poor souls who are waiting there in the void!
We pushed the button on the patio and waited about 10 minutes. We finally saw an employee come out and we ask if the patio was open and they said somebody would answer it soon. We waited over 10 more minutes and then finally just left.
All of these other reviews dont lie. Im convinced this is the absolute worst Sonic in the nation. Always out of foods. Dont ever expect any ice cream but do always expect to only ever use the drive thru and wait for 45 minutes for a chance at your order being correct. Sad to see this location go so majorly downhill. Unfortunately both sonics in town are trash with major staffing issues, poor food quality, and a lack of employee retentionFollow up visit 4-13-23.Gave another shot. Currently its been 30+ mins for 3 drinks. No redemption. Just close this location already.
If you’re going to make people wait that long in line at least give them the correct food they ordered.
Slow. It's unbelievable how awful the service is here. Don't stop here if you have any type of time limit
