Flamingo - T'ai-chung-shih

This is the best bar in Changhua! The atmosphere is great and the staff are very friendly. There is a large screen TV for sports, a billiards table, darts, and table football - all for free. Customers can control the music, which is a nice touch. I highly recommend this place.

This restaurant is my go-to spot for casual dining with a fantastic owner. It is located in the heart of the expat community in Changhua.

The owner is very friendly. Speaks good English. There's a free pool table table football. Will put sports on for you on a fairly big screen TV. play your own music. Basic, but good bar food... Free popcorn at the tables throughout the evening...

It seems ok. Like, good ok. Especially if you turn up witha large group
