The variety and quality of the dishes are excellent, and the food does not taste greasy. While there are some processed foods, they are overshadowed by the overall healthy options. One of my favorite dishes is the carrot and lotus root salad with lime juice. You serve yourself and pay NT$1 per gram of veggies. Rice (white or purple) or noodles (depending on the day) are extra. Tofu, ginger, and seaweed soup are complimentary. You can also opt for a full-service bento box with rice and six to seven different vegetables, starting at NT$70 and increasing by NT$10 for larger portions. A reminder: please refrain from talking in line and bring your own reusable utensils to reduce waste.
