Large ramon and don, small provider with beautiful vibe

The xunchang near the dadun cultural center was an ideal place for an early dinner before checking out the exhibits in the cultural centers galleries. I had sent xunchang a message on google maps to confirm that they would be open on the 228 peace memorial day, and at the same time that they confirmed that they would be, they recommended that I pre-order the courts that I wanted to avoid running out before I arrived. I chose the lion’s man mushroom soy milk torments 拉 拉拉拉拉 and the black soybeans with aloe 黑 . I came about 30 minutes after the plan, but they still had my order in the waiting line. they did not begin to make it until I arrived, so there was a little waiting. the seat is limited, but I am there early enough to beat the 6:30 7pm. but it took some time until they came to clear the courts of the diners that preceded me. they have free gerste tee near the cash, and they can help to reusable utensils and spicy back along the wall. the side has long been before the ritter. it tasted a little sweet, and I thought it could have been served as dessert. the black soybeans were very tender and the aloe was refreshing and balanced between soft and crispy. the smoker was also without the optional upgrade to get more noodles. there were two discs of lion mane pil, some thicker discs of bambus not at all like the menma in Japanese rarms, seaweed and maiskerne. the noodles were on the thinner side, which is not my favorite, but they still had a good chewiness. the playlist consisted of instrumental versions of studio ghibli filmthema songs. but my experience was faded by a woman sitting next to me who felt that there was solo her license to watch the Taiwanese recreation on her phone without headphones.

I reached out to Xunchang on Google Maps to confirm their hours on 228 Peace Memorial Day, and they recommended that I pre-order my dishes to ensure they wouldn't run out. I chose the lion’s mane mushroom soy milk ramen and black soy beans with aloe. Despite arriving 30 minutes late, my order was still in the queue. The seating is limited, but I arrived early enough to avoid the evening rush. The staff took a while to clear dishes from the previous diners, but they offer complimentary barley tea and reusable utensils. The side dish came out before the ramen and tasted sweet. The black soy beans were tender, and the aloe was a refreshing balance of soft and crispy. The ramen was filling, even without the optional upgrade for more noodles. It included lion’s mane mushroom, bamboo slices, seaweed, and corn kernels. The noodles were thinner than I prefer, but still had a good chewiness. The restaurant played instrumental Studio Ghibli movie theme songs, but my dining experience was slightly marred by a woman watching Taiwanese news without headphones.

Ramon and Don's restaurant may be small, but it has a wonderful atmosphere.
