The addition of red drapes to separate tables during the pandemic adds to the romantic atmosphere. My mother and I particularly enjoyed the mushroom risotto and tiramisu, both of which were fantastic vegan versions of the traditional recipes. While the other dishes we tried were just okay, I personally prefer the vegan pizza at another restaurant in Taipei. The portion sizes are a bit small, so ordering multiple courses may leave you feeling not quite satisfied. I look forward to trying the bunny chow next time, as I am not familiar with South African cuisine. Michel, the owner, comes highly recommended for special occasions.
The owner and cuisine at this restaurant are exceptional! During my stay in Taiwan, I had the chance to experience this wonderful place, which is like a hidden gem filled with delicious aromas.
This is a vegetarian restaurant with a cozy home-style atmosphere tucked away in an alley in Taipei City. The dishes are tasty, refreshing, and delicate, with reasonable prices that cater to vegetarian enthusiasts in the area. Highly recommended.
Amazing eating. beautiful cozy place with cozy atmosphere and beautiful staff. must visit even if they are not vegan. best always vegan goulash in my life (and I am Hungarian. tiramisu and cranberry cake was super delicious along with the hazelnut latte.
First to notice about Mianto is the elegance of the place. From the exterior of somehow French inspired cafe, to the interior where the choice of finishes to the furniture and fixtures which you can easily admire. Everything is vegan and prepared as you order. Food is fresh. I just had a quick bite of fries and had my latte. This place is perfect for groups and family.
