Feedback gevenAlmost the entire menu can be modified to be vegan if the dish isn’t already: only two of the side dishes were firmly ovo-lacto-vegetarian: the tamagotaki and the deep-fried silver thread buns. (I didn’t ask about the desserts, which may have limited vegan options I got the flaming ramen (NT$230) without an egg (to make it vegan) and asked for it to be made at a medium spiciness level. (By default, they make it with a low spiciness level to better suit the local palate The staff was very sweet and brought out extra chili pepper mix in case I wanted to make it even spicier. They also kept refilling our complimentary barley tea long after we finished our food. The tempura also looked really delicious.
The soup of Japanese Miso Ramen, is really niceeee, there are a lot of ingredients, the oysters mushroom is especially delicious! The texture of the monkey head mushroom in the Sesame Oil Hericiam Ramen, is very similar to meat texture, quite amazing! visit date: 2019-03

I have been surprised by their tomato Ramen, really extraordinary, nice healthy ingredients, with real tomato sauce.
Lovely atmosphere, tasty ramen, and yummy side dishes. We ordered the miso eggplant and it wasn’t obvious that it wasn’t vegan. I mentioned it to the waitstaff and they said if you tell them you’re vegan they can make everything vegan friendly. They apologized and gave me a plate of kimchee. My Omni husband was also impressed and we’ll definitely return!
