Tairua Beach Club

My partner and I, traveling through the North Island from the Netherlands, found this restaurant to be amazing. The food was excellent, especially the lamb, pork belly, and Scotch Fillet. The staff, Heather and George, were relaxed and attentive to our needs. The chefs clearly know their stuff. The atmosphere is laid-back and cozy, with a view of the bay and a woodburner adding to the charm. If you're in Tairua, this place is a must-visit!

It's no surprise that this restaurant is difficult to get a reservation at on the weekends. Tairua Beach Club absolutely wowed us! Every dish was truly fantastic. We especially enjoyed the smoked kingfish entree - it was surprisingly good. All of our main courses were excellent, and we savored every bite. The fish was fresh and the meat was flavorful. We had the pleasure of having Graeme from Tairua Beach Club cater our wedding on Slipper Island and we were extremely pleased with the experience. The food not only looked amazing but tasted delicious as well. Graeme was friendly and accommodating, customizing the menu to accommodate our needs, even providing kiddie meals for the children. I highly recommend Tairua Beach Club for catering any special occasion.

Was great to be back with a new delicious menu. Meals were big, service with a smile, didn't have to wait long in between meals the atmosphere scenery is so beautiful. A must for anyone who wants a bit of fine dining
