Feedback gevenHighly recommended! The service was terrible and the food was poor quality. Considering the high prices, it's not worth it. They don't even offer complimentary water or hot showers. Overall, the experience was not worth it. The only positive aspect is the location. Save your money and look for a better place with lower prices, better amenities, and excellent customer service.
I had a comfortable stay at this restaurant with a work TV, air conditioning, and shower. The only drawback was that the water was salty and I could only get drinking water from the restaurant. They offer free breakfast from 7-9 am. I loved the location right on the beach, with easy access in just a few minutes by foot through the garden. The view from Dumaluan Beach was magnificent, especially at sunrise and during both low and high tides.
This resort may be a bit older, but it's still a fantastic spot to bring the family. Dining on the beach is a wonderful experience, and there is a bar available in the public beach area. The prices are quite reasonable compared to other resorts.
Of all the resorts and hotels I stayed in bohol, this was the worst. an INSGESAMT-DISAPPOINTMENT! from the conditions of the rooms, resort staff and eating them served their guest. of the three rooms I have all booked has problems. one has cloged the toilet (101,) the other had a shower, but not working at all and the water pressure was so weak that even the toilet could not quickly fill up (303,) and finally the last room was not clean (305.) and each room needs a set of repairs that are necessary. beyond, when we arrived late at night to check. there were only two rooms from the three rooms booked. we have no possibility to accept the room with a clogged toilet (101) as we have older people who are disabled. the resort staff need definitiv training with taking off the dame who checked us as she was very nice and accommodating. the restaurant staff was the worst, they are much to do to play around and go while working and not attentive to their hoses. I felt like the restaurant staff was so legitimate and dismaying for non-white guests. the free breakfast was early buffet style of good Pinoy food as I remember. Now it is plated and they do not even have the option for protein. whatever the cook has to serve for this morning is what they will get! the portions were very small in view of the price of their accommodation. this resort is not worth spending your money, finding a smaller place around the opposite or spending a little more so they are not disappointed.
The hotel is a huge disappointment. We chose it because it was so well rated and with at least 80% of the ratings from locals, I'm not surprised. What is really good and well maintained is the beach and the pool. What there is to complain about: the room with sea view goes on a concrete block 20m in front of our balcony a lot of things are not well maintained, like corridors, air conditioner, benches and numerous small details mosquitoes come into the room through large slits above the air conditioner there is no water in the room, you have to buy it expensive no pool towels breakfast is little, there is hardly any choice and you have to go to the reception every time before to get the coupons (why? room service just doesn't come times even though the sign is outside. there are no cupboards or tables in the rooms, only a small shelf. in the bathroom mostly cold water in the shower (when it is warm it just drips . no storage facilities in the bathroom the toilet seat is much too small for the toilet, so our child often sits on the cold toilet porcelain breakfast hours only from 6 to 9 am (hellooo? the staff is not very friendly if you come from the beach, there is no possibility to wash your feet, accordingly the corridors and rooms are sandy
