Feedback gevenThis my neighborhood location and the problem is NOT the food, it is the SERVICE. The manager is poorly trained, no customer service experience or knowledge how to handle basic issue. I am use to seeing bad clerks but NEVER bad, childish and untrained management staff. todays issue, had the manager advising the cashier to disrespect me and she told the young lady jada not to serve me. the question that caused this was about the app. ONLY IF SHE HAD LISTENED AND USED SOME COMPREHENSION ABILITIES. this manager was new as I spent a lot of time in this location during the pandemic and one of the best managers is no longer working at the store. however, todays incident is a new low in failures in customer service. I will be taking this to corp and not visiting this store until they get a new manager or retrain her!!!!! horrible service and treatment
Aye, I ain't gon hold you--maybe 2 out of 10 times I have come to this location and my food hasn't been fresh or maybe...in today's case...my sides were missing... BUT EVERY TIME SOMETHING IS WRONG the manager ALWAYS makes it right! I got home without my sides and called in and bruh gave me chick-fil-a service on the phone! He went above and beyond to rectify the issue. Other than that, this location be on point and I'll continue to come back for as long as Popeyes has me in a chokehold (i'm tryna break free Thank you Mr. Brown!
It's amazing...They ALWAYS omit at least one item from our order...EVERY SINGLE TIME. I've called every time and get nothing but lip service from Kayla or (especially) Lance. Well, we've had it. No more Popeyes for us. (At least not from this store through Door Dash). Nope; probably no more Popeyes...It's a health hazard anyway.
This location tends to be hit or miss. But my last 2 experiences have led to me BOYCOTTING this location. Specifically, my last order. I ordered via the app. Went into the location to pick-up at the counter. The manager replied, Oh the order with the extra deliciousness , upon hearing the name associated with the order. I thanked the representative helping me with my pick-up, and left. It wasn 't until I got home that I realized the wing containers were not only smashed, cracked and open on the bottom but that the wing sauce had leaked all into the bottom of the bag and there were hard, black, plastic SPLINTERS of container in the food. IT WAS APPARENT THE FOOD HAD BEEN DROPPED AND DAMAGED at some point during preparation, and not even repackaged--or re-prepared fresh and food safe. What I received was literal trash, and given the manager 's FACETIOUS remark, NEVER AGAIN will this popeyes location receive my money. No excuses for such outright unhygienic, lack of food safety, and downright lack of overall regard respect.
One thing I can say is I never have any issues when I come in this location but the manager Lance is always in a great mood Every single time and provides great service...will come back per usual
