I really don't enjoy eating the kare kare, I found the sauce too watery and lack of sweet, which I like to be my kare sauce. the bagoong was good, but it's not the kind I want to work with my karekare. the binagoongang liempo was ok, nothing special. the claudes hito was average. the hito didn't really taste fresh. it was probably frozen. the steamed vegetables were good, but the buro I didn't really like. the buro at everyone is the one I like. the lumpiang sariwa was also average tasting. the okoy was also average tasting. nothing special. the okoy of the carinderia taste better. the bibingka was a disappointment. from the picture in the menu it looked really good, but it wasn't. the puto bumbong I could not taste, but my aunt had a hard time to eat it as it was hard until she ate it. it is best eaten after it is served on the table. altogether, ebun serves some good tasting eat, but more average tasting eat. the service was good. the waiters and waiters were very attentive. the furniture was top notch and the entire ambiente was just perfect.
I love the ambiente, what they have a good choice to celebrate family dinner, birthdays, seminar. I love eating them.
The food at this restaurant is delicious and perfect for sharing. I highly recommend trying their specialties such as porkloin humba, balot ala pobre, pork sisig, callos bacolod, lengua espanol, and any's morcon.
We were a party of twelve dining at this restaurant on a Thursday night. The food was delicious, but the portions were slow to arrive. We had already finished our meal when the highly anticipated buro arrived with crispy fried fish. Some feedback was given in hopes that they will improve their service.
We ordered a lot of food for 5 people and we left the establishment disappointed and doggie bags on hand. That 's my short summary. All the food didn 't look inviting. It is lacking color to make it more appealing. The lechon manok is not your...usual cooked chicken that you buy from stalls outdoors. Let me describe the taste. It is bland. I believed it was steamed, the soup was used for another dish, then steamed chicken was placed inside an oven. Voila! That 's there version of lechon manok. Oh wait. There 's a Mang Tomas tasting sauce at the side. Should I rejoice? I swear your neighborhood Señor Pedro tasted way better. Next is the lengua. It tasted good but colorless, need to add more mushrooms. Just when I was finishing the last piece, guess what I saw? A short, black hair on top of an olive! I won 't further describe it anymore as it may be sound scandalous. The pork sinigang was also good. No complaints. The pork humba 's sauce was okay but the meat itself was should I say, not good parts. Oh, I enjoyed the kamote chips appetizer but sadly, they 're not selling it by the bag. The kilawins were cooked. End of story.
