The service was slow, but it was understandable due to the crowded restaurant. It was nice to see that the wait staff remained calm and that was appreciated.
We came for lunch today. The customer service and food service need to improve. We tried to speak with the owner, but he did not show up until after we left. Very disappointing experience.
We visited a Sunday. Parking proved to be difficult, so we knew that it was busy we were greeted by the band that stood up to play, a tempo door and thought it was a good start. no waitress or waitress greeted us to sit down so that we could sit where we like and look at a table after we walk around a waitress a few minutes, who came panic to help us and arrange a table. once we got a menu and asked for water. we ordered and received 35 to 45 minutes. this is not a problem for us, as they know that eating is freshly cooked and I don't mind waiting for fresh food as long as I say. when we waited, other people arrived and were told to wait an hour. we noticed that most of the tables had no eating and it took a long time to make tables clear and drink despite several employees served. some tables went out without eating. other tabs followed orders and employees were more and more interrogated. after an hour and fifteen minutes, food arrived. our garnels with garlic butter sauce had an incredible sauce, but garnels were gum-like. seafood senigang was great with well cooked fish, crumbs, garnel and tinted fish. we ordered golden tilapia and they served a golden tilapia and 3 normal. the server said we gave them four pieces instead of three because they were small....but we had ordered four pieces and had ordered golden tilapia. the sweet plate was an aubergine grilled and some cold leaves and tomats. we ordered extra rice and it didn't come after ten minutes, so we went up and asked for him and brought him back to our table. it was uncooked. when we washed our hands, we heard the staff in the kitchen. the place and the concept here are great. I've heard it very recommended and they're advertising a lot. inappropriately, there are only a few floating tables on the river from which they could benefit to reduce the table on the land to focus on the floating ones. the employees must be trained, the server were more than much for the number of tables, but it can make what it looks, there were far too few due to lack of training and home floor management. the kitchen can handle the number of orders in peak times. I would come back if these problems were fixed or on a quieter day. another thing to consider was a family came to celebrate a birthday, one brought several foods with it, including a watermelon that cuts them and serves them. the order they made was small and they were legally asked to go....as always they were sitting 30 minutes when they were asked to go instead of arriving, so it looked unprofessional.
Fish lovers and health-conscious foods can not miss a cruise on board one of the floating Nipa hats on this river farm in san juan, la union. if they are on a family meeting or group trip, I highly recommend this option.
My wife and friends are eaten seafood while in la union so we are looking at the close resto that serve crabs garnelen tahong and pusit so that we decided to go to this place. if we don't get available seafood on the menu. also the place stinks! very disapointing.
