However, my issue lies with the fact that there is no elevator or escalator for elderly or disabled patrons. My aunt, who is in her sixties, had to climb stairs in order to satisfy her hunger. Another issue was the shortage of wait staff. The restaurant is spacious, yet only two people were serving a large number of customers.
It is great to see more and more restaurants in Metro Manila offering healthy dining options. Zao offers a variety of fresh rolls and refreshing salads that are among our favorite dishes. We dine there frequently and recently experienced a minor issue, but the manager promptly addressed and resolved it. The menu also features a wide selection of tasty main dishes and unique drinks that provide a glimpse into Vietnamese cuisine.
I visited one of the branches of this restaurant and want to focus my review on this particular location. The food was delicious, no doubt about it. However, my main concern with this branch is its location on the mezzanine floor of the mall without an elevator or escalator for elderly or differently abled individuals. My aunt, who is in her sixties, had to climb the stairs just to satisfy her craving. Additionally, there was a shortage of wait staff at this spacious restaurant, with only two people serving a large crowd.
