U Valentinu - Talasani

This restaurant was by far our favorite in Corte. Had absolutely wonderful Capriciosa Blanca pizza and Sheppard Salad which was a real surprise. One of the most delicious salads I have ever eaten with a perfect blend of textures and flavors. The goat cheese croutons on the top were to die for.

No originality in the map. In the entrance cheese donuts, very fat and oily certainly from the eve and warmed no traces of cheese, in main dish grilled dish incipid and tasteless, dessert fruit salad, the only good point wine. I preferred the former chief. I'm not saying to avoid, but you're warned.
