Frankie Benny's - Talbot Green

Sian was very beautiful today at llantrisant. Despite the busy restaurants and the lack of personal, we were quickly served and eating was amazing.

When we arrived at the restaurant, we were seated immediately and greeted by a lovely waitress called Claire. She had been exceptional throughout our whole visit to the restaurant, can’t fault her one bit. All staff were amazing, and the food was delicious. Very lovely, and great customer experience! Very pleased.

Never fails to amaze me how good this restaurant is. Always good food hot and tasty with no excess wait. Great service friendly warm and inviting. I’m always made to feel welcome at every moment! If I could afford to eat out 7 days a week I’d book a permanent table. Obviously a great team working hard to make the magic happen!

5 stars doesn't seem enough for this place they deserve more. Had a wonderful conversation with the staff here tonight even though they were busy and rushing around that didnt prevent them from giving us their full attention. The manager was running round helping everyone out all over the place and when she was speaking to us 2 waitresses needed her for something but she finished talking to us first before she went to deal with the questions. Its lovely to have such genuine customer service. The food was so tasty and hot. You have made some regular customers from us. Be back soon

I really enjoyed my meal. Chloe T. was an excellent waitress. I'll definitely be coming back!
