As for the music, we knew that @cousincurtiss and his friends were fantastic, but we were surprised at how enthusiastic the crowd was. Everyone danced and had a wonderful time, making it one of the best shows we've seen recently. The cash transactions were quick, even given the number of people, and the drink prices were reasonable. The locals were friendly and amusing. This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. We'll be back next time!

This is a fantastic place! I found it during a trip when I had some issues with my original hotel. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the building itself has a great vibe. I could hear the live music from my room while I was relaxing, and it seemed like a really fun bar with excellent music. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Talkeetna. The room is spacious, which is perfect for those planning on enjoying the nightlife. However, it's worth noting that it’s located above a bar, so light sleepers or anyone looking to go to bed early should be aware that it might be a bit noisy.

This is a traditional pub that doesn't serve food, so it's not open to those under 21. It's been around for quite some time and is a favorite spot among locals. There's often live music most nights, and they stay open until late! They offer a great selection of beers served in unique designs. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, both personally and within the community.

One of the best says of our entire AK land/cruise trip. The locals and visitors were amazing and inspiring the drinks and bar staff were amazing!

Oh, the Fairview! If you're a fan of dive bars, this is the place for you! We visited on a Saturday night, and the bartender was handling everything like a pro throughout the night.
