Jack's - Talladega

After sitting in the drive-through for what seemed like forever. Paid for my food and proceeded the wait again forever. I was asked what was I still doing there when I did not receive my food nor a receipt. And when they had to make change for the money, they couldn’t find the keys to the register. When we got the food, we got undercooked biscuits ,unseasoned fries, And drinks with no straws. And when we asked for ranch, we got three different kinds of dipping sauces other than ranch. I don’t advise anyone to go because the past four times we have been there. It has been the same.

Waiting for 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru never moved. Had to leave.

Fries were extremely salty. The lights were off on the building and in the drive through which appeared to make the place look closed

It never fails.. I keep on giving chance after chance and they always messing up something.. Talladega store evening shift sux

Just don't... This isn't like the Jack's in Munford or outside of Anniston.I've eaten at several Jack's in the area every time I come to Little Tally.I've almost always gotten really good food decent service and the places have been fairly well cleaned. Impressive.It's about the only chain eatery I will even go to becuase of their quality.NOT THIS ONE...Place is really dirty, floors were filthy, windows, everything had a layer of film to it.Fountain drink dispenser ice chute was completely crusted with water deposits.The employees personal appearance and mannerisms, Bless them wasn't no better. Guess there is a work release program from the chain gang or something in the area.I was staying about 3 miles from the resturaunt, food should have been still warm when I got back.My bacon double and fries looked like they been sitting for hours, not the usual fresh made stuff. Seriously questioned if they dug it out of the discard bin.I couldn't eat it I pitched it.I didn't stop at Jack's on 21 after I left the racetrack like I usually do.I know different store but my stomach rolled at the thoughtDecided I'm packing food from home next trip down.
