Feedback gevenWhoever this dude is that just took my order through the drive-thru is very rude. He has the most nastiest attitude. If you don't like dealing/serving the public then find a job where you don't deal with the public.
I came by there recently the past week, had to get out of my car and walk around to the door and knock, yes it was locked and motion for someone to take our order, then the girl rolled her eyes at us, we had already been sitting there in line for a good while. tonight we go through the drive thru at 8:45 pm and a young guy hangs out the window and says we are closed, we done sold everything, with me looking at the business hours clearly posted on the wall, all employees still there.
Ordered $40 worth of food through the app. When I got up there. The stores lights were off and had a piece of notebook paper on the door saying they closed at 6 pm. Employees are still in store. Checked my email, and my order had been canceled. Store needs help and new management Pronto.Tried ordering today, Oct 21, through the app. App told us to call since online ordering unavailable... they refused to answer. Stopped by the store an hour later only to find they had closed at 9pm, but employees still in store. The store was supposed to close at 11pm.Third time with issues, ordered through the app. Got up there to pick up my order and they were out of pineapple Pepsi. They said they couldn't refund the drinks and tried to give me something with less value... Had to cancel my entire order and couldn't replace it because I left my card at the house.
Those guys are awesome! Staff is low unfortunately but they still do a great job.
I went in to inquire about employment and the manager never spoke or looked at me, just handed me a piece of paper and walked away.
