Burger King - Tallahassee

The restaurant has been completely remodeled, and I happened to visit during their reopening celebration—it truly exceeded my expectations. The food was fantastic, and the staff were even more impressive. I typically don't dine in at fast food places, but this location is nicer than any other restaurant in the area for an enjoyable dining experience.

It's 10:58 PM on September 9th, 2022, and I've just wrapped up a few drinks at the bar with my husband. We chose this place to indulge in a little treat before heading home, and to our surprise, it turned out to be the highlight of our day. The woman working the drive-thru was, without a doubt, the most cheerful person we encountered all week. Her positivity was simply infectious. The quality of service was outstanding. My only regret from the entire day is not getting her name. This is hands down the best Burger King in the city!

The service is quite slow here. Drive-thru orders seem to be prioritized over Uber orders, regardless of how long ago they were placed. If you’re on a tight schedule or in a hurry, this place isn’t ideal, as time is money. However, if you have plenty of time to spare, feel free to wait it out.

Good food, bad service. There is one employee in particular who has stopped me from using the lobby before it was even closed and has stopped me from using the water in the soda machine for a refill. She said I had to ask permission to use the water. It makes no sense how she's being strict and giving me a hard time knowing that I'm a paying customer too.

I'm happy this place finally reopened. The staff it used to have, they made it golden. The new staff aren't bad from what I've seen but they were messing around so much when I was there last, they forgot to take my payment and I thought I just forgot that they did but when I checked my bank there was no charge. I called to let them know and I even offered to come back and pay but whoever picked up the phone didn't seem like they wanted to be bothered about the issue so... free food I guess.
