I really enjoy coming here for my coffee, and they always allow me to substitute with oat or almond milk. However, today I ordered a hot chocolate for a friend along with my coffee, and I was disappointed to find the hot chocolate was only filled halfway. I'll definitely continue getting my coffee here because the staff is very friendly. Just make sure to check your order before you leave, unlike me!

Everyone should learn how to make an amazing cappuccino. I'm a daily customer here, and for me to write this review, something must have gone seriously wrong!

There is a black female that works very unprofessional. RUDE to their employees and customers. Don't greet or thank you! All the others were very friendly.

While driving my 2-year-old to daycare, she suddenly said she needed to go to the bathroom. In a rush, I pulled into the store to help her out. I promised her a donut if she used the potty. However, when we got inside, I discovered that the bathrooms were closed! To make matters worse, the dining area was also closed, even though the Governor had lifted restrictions on restaurants. I’m very disappointed that this store would deny access to restrooms for a little girl in need, and I won’t be supporting them again.

I ordered 2 bacon wake up wraps thru the mobile app. I was given a tortilla and eggs. No cheese or bacon. So dry, and I was too far away to get a refund. E: called the store and updating my review, because they gave me two freshly made wraps for free the next day. They asked me if there was anything else they could do for me and that was already more than enough. Went back again today (6/1/2020) and got my usual order. Drive thru line was really backed up when I got there, and it was probably my fastest visit... with my order completely accurate. Way to go y?all!
