Fermentation Biergarten - Tallahassee

Proof was an incredible spot to check out! We visited during our trip to Tallahassee, and I'm really glad we did. The service was excellent, and the staff was very helpful in recommending various beers. We settled on the Freaki Tiki and Proof Lager. The venue itself is huge, and I can't wait to return and enjoy the spacious outdoor area!

What a fun find! We were in the area doing a hike, and I looked on Yelp for a nearby brewery. Proof Brewing came up as the #1 choice! The choice of beers is good. I opted for cider and it was good! The food was very good too! They have a separate kitchen to order from. We had the pulled pork sliders and sweet potato fries. Yum! They have a nice outdoor patio and grassy area with games: cornhole and ping pong. We would definitely go back.

Great vibe with a good sized grassy outside area in the back to eat Al La Fresca as well as play games. No wait service. Go to the bar and order your drinks. If you want food, you will need to go outside to the back patio and order from the kitchen. Had a group of 15 or so. Tried quite a few things on the menu. All were pretty tasty. Pretty chill atmosphere with big screen TVs to watch the games. Pretty enjoyable experience.

Had dinner at this brewery with coworkers while in Tallahassee. Tried the flight of beer (all were really good) and had the Buffalo chicken sandwich. Food was great (huge piece of chicken) and I couldn't even finish it all. Really enjoyed and would go back!

I stopped by a few weekends ago to take a Pilates class hosted at this brewery. The event took place in the spacious area at the back of Proof. I was pleasantly surprised by how roomy the space was, featuring plenty of chairs for those who wanted to sit and enjoy a beer. They also had menus displayed both in that area and inside the brewery. The staff were friendly and polite, and there were plenty of free parking spots available. Proof had a promotional deal in collaboration with my Pilates gym, but I decided to skip it to focus on my workout. However, I definitely plan to return to sample their beers and food, as I really enjoyed the atmosphere.
