First time going here and it definitely lived up to the hype! The customer service was unmatched Brianna helped me and was really patient. She went above and beyond to make my first experience great! It?s the best Italian ice I ever had! Highly recommend!

Best shaved ice in town. There are various options of flavors to choose from and the quality of the ice cream is also great. The price for the quantity they serve is also good. A great refresher during the summertimes. They also have free samples all day every day. So you can taste and order what you like to have. That?s wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place. I will be going again.

Really enjoyed my experience! Staff was very friendly the moment we walked in the door. Young man behind the counter asked if it was our first time and walked us through all their different menu options. He really did a great job of making us feel comfortable and informing us of the various different options. I ordered a Gelati with mango and strawberry Italian ice and vanilla ice cream. It was delicious! Both the Italian ice and soft serve ice cream were high quality. My boyfriend ordered cookies and cream italian ice and really enjoyed it. The price and serving size was also really good. I got a large and paid $5.89. We are both looking forward to going back!

Nice folks serving! As for the Italian ice itself, some of the flavors are good, and some don't have any flavor at all. I'd recommend making sure that you try the flavors you're interested in before purchasing any Italian ice. Make sure you're going to like what you get ahead of time. I loved the cookie butter the most and horchata was also delicious, but the peanut butter flavor only had the smell of peanut butter without any flavor.

We ordered oreo cookies crumble with swirl, and chocolate mint with vanilla ice cream. Both of them are pretty good, will come back again
