Unlike Gordos and other restaurants in town that blend American and Latino influences, this café is run by a Cuban family with grandma overseeing the kitchen. The atmosphere is humble, and the air conditioning isn't always reliable, but the food truly captures the essence of Cuban cooking. As a Cuban from the old country, I can wholeheartedly vouch for it!
