Lucilla - Tallahassee

Perhaps I had high expectations. The food arrived quickly, but the fish was flavorless and lackluster. It wasn't delicate or delicious at all. The breadsticks were good, but the scallops and shrimp were quite small. On the bright side, the service was commendable.

We enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Lucilla last night. The food was absolutely delightful. I ordered the salmon with a smoky glaze, and it was exceptional. My companions had the steak, chicken, and pasta with shrimp, all of which were perfectly cooked and delicious. The service was top-notch. They do charge for the bread basket, but it’s definitely worth it. We also tried the pimento cheese appetizer, which was incredibly good. I found the portions to be quite generous. Although we didn’t have any drinks, they offer a lovely selection of wines.

This restaurant serves the best food in Tallahassee. We’ve visited several times and have never been disappointed! The food is simply incredible; no matter what we order (even for large groups), everything is delicious. The owners are always present, which adds to the overall quality and care. This is always my go-to place for special occasions!

The food is really good. I like the shrimps and grits. Very tasteful. The salad was amazing. I also love the fresh, free bread. Excellent service. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. My family loves to go for special occasions or anytime.

The food was wonderful! Atmosphere was nice also.. the lemon creme brulee, enough said.. worth the trip!!
