Excellent service, never something wrong with my orders.
I arrived at the restaurant for lunch at 12:20. I had to wait for 10 minutes with no response from the drive-thru speaker or window. The location is supposed to have a 24-hour drive-thru, but I ended up wasting my lunch break.
I stopped using the restroom and did not buy food or drink, so I cannot speak with the quality of the offers or the efficiency or kindness of the staff. The bathroom was moderately clean and had soap, but I couldn't get any paper towels from the donor. The bathroom floor was, as with most McDs, very cramped, but sufficient. Oddly, the toilet paper dispenser was mounted so high on the wall that it took me at least one minute (two? to determine that it was there at all. The toilet was clean, the seat was dry. But here's the thing I found really rough: Although I found this to be the same in many McDs, the fat soil was slightly damp because it was a rainy day. They were warning cones, but the water makes the floor so flattered and somehow slimy that I was afraid that I would slide and fall. I'd hate landing on the mucus floor! Is it the years of the fat burgers and fries that coat the floor? Is it a lack of proper cleaning or with products that simply do not cut the fat? Who knows, but you!
I had a small tear in the top corner of my coupon, which was nowhere near the expiration date, but the woman working there got angry with me and said they do not accept torn coupons. This restaurant needs new management if they are allowing employees to treat customers this way.
