This was the worst dining experience ever! The customer service was lacking and the staff appeared to be an annoyance to interact with. The quality of the food was subpar. Once the meat was added to the burritos, they sat on the counter for an additional 10 minutes before being completed. Overall, extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

I had placed a mobile order at Moe's and went to pick it up. However, after it was ready, they stopped answering the phone and didn't bring it out to me. It started pouring rain at this very moment, so I had to go out in my pajamas to get it. I was already feeling unwell, and the rain likely made my condition worse.

We were served by an extremely rude server, who happened to be an African American woman who was a bit overweight. She had a very unfriendly demeanor and it was difficult to hear her as she spoke in a low voice. She seemed uninterested in serving us and her facial expressions conveyed annoyance. When I went to pay, another employee was much friendlier. I expressed my desire to speak to the manager, only to be informed that the manager was the same person who served us. I would give this restaurant a zero or negative rating if possible. I will not be returning in the future.

Store and catering are horrible. Have catering scheduled for pick up at 130 today and neither are prepared and we still don't have our food for a graduation party that stared at 2 today. Order was verified on Wednesday this week.
