Panda Express - Tallahassee

The food was good or as expected.. The rice was bad. I mean really bad. None of us ate it when my friend thought he was hard because it was old. But they bought new rice when my sister and I got our plates. Needless to say that ours were also bad. Not taste, but undercooked. I chose the Bee Angus Beef for $1 more and it was really good. We have all the water and our food togo.

Food was hot, and although there was one waiting to finish more of a popular product, it was short and the food all tasted fresh.

I visited this particular Panda Express for the first time, and unfortunately, it was disappointing. They didn’t include teriyaki sauce with our meal, so my son had to go upstairs to ask for it. He was completely ignored until my husband intervened. The service was really bad, and the food was dry. I won’t be coming back!

The experience at this restaurant is quite inconsistent. You need to ensure that your food is fresh, as there have been times when they served dried-out dishes instead of disposing of them. That's not something I want to pay for. While the food is generally good, it really varies from visit to visit. Don't hesitate to speak up if something isn't right; that's the best way for them to be aware of the issue and have the opportunity to make it right.

This was my first visit to Panda Express, and it was decent. I ordered the two-entree and one-side plate with orange chicken and pepper chicken. The meat portions were quite generous compared to the amount of rice. However, the flavors were a bit off. The orange chicken was delicious, but the pepper chicken had a strong taste that I needed to balance out with teriyaki sauce. While I didn't have a terrible experience, I probably won't be going back any time soon.
