Papa Johns Pizza - Tallahassee

Do not order the delivery of this place the pizza came cold, one of the sauces burned in the box, and one of the pizzas had the hits wrong. not for the first time, the order was either made up of our mistake to order a second time from here.

I have never been disappointed at this restaurant. The staff is amazing, the service is amazing, and the food is amazing. Everyone should definitely try it out and join in on the experience.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that they offer good customer service, which was a refreshing change from the typical Western fast-food restaurants.

The service at this restaurant was awful. We placed an online order with a delivery time of 30-40 minutes, but after an hour and a half passed without any delivery, we called to inquire. After a long wait, we were informed that the order would take an additional 90 minutes. When we asked why the online order stated 30-40 minutes, the staff member claimed she did not provide that information and simply said, "I'm telling you it will take 90 minutes." We were left frustrated by the lack of communication and customer service from this pizza place and will not be ordering from them again.

Will not be going back to this Papa John's Pizza. We had two Pizza's; one a pepperoni stuffed crust and the dough was raw where it was rolled over to form the crust. Additionally, it was full of grease. The second pizza was a thin crust and it tasted as if it was a frozen pizza. We normally live Papa John's. We'll look for another one elsewhere in town.
