Sonny's Bbq - Tallahassee

I've been to this location countless times and considered the food to be okay. My most recent visit was fantastic. The quality of the food, the taste, and most importantly, the service were all phenomenal! I don't know if there was a change inmanagement, but whatever it is, it worked for me.

Tabitha was our waiter! She had some great suggestions and a great attitude. I had already eaten before coming here with friends thinking I wouldn’t eat a lot. The menu had so many delicious looking options it was hard not to order anything. I ordered theloaded tots for the table and ended up eating most of them! The tots were so good, the cheese was very subtle and there were alot of fried onions on top. I added two of the three bbq sauces that were at the table, sweet and sizzlin, both were delicious.

Sonny’s on North Monroe Street catered our daughter’s wedding on 10/22/2022. The delivery was on time and was correct. The food was delicious, the hot food was hot and the cold food was cold. If we ever need catering again we will definitely use thisSonny’s.

Had a pickup order and the person who gave me my order was upset with one of her coworkers and when she handed me my food I told her thank you and she didn't say anything. I just thought that was very rude. But the food was great! I gave one star for theservice but I will give five stars for the food.

Worst Sonny's location I've been too. Service seemed irritated and the food seemed like it was prepared with no care at all. I got the brisket sandwich, brisket was cut very thick, toast was burnt on one side and soggy on the other (terrible combo). Andto show how little they cared it was also wrapped with the foil facing the wrong way.
