Feedback gevenSo sad that there is only one employee working in the building. Didn?t catch her name but there was a line to the door and people in drive thru and she was the only one there and being overworked. She did great but it?s sad she had to work alone
Very rude, customer service is less than half star. Was told if ?I?d given her time to open she would have stuff?. ???? if you open at 9, be ready don?t make 6 sandwiches then expect people to be patient because you hate your job
Made a mistake on making sandwich?added mustard instead of chipotle sauce. This was an online order so no communication issues. Such terrible customer service?rather than apologizing she suggests we just take of mustard. Flat out declines to remake andWich or refund money. This is the WORST. DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY. Subway chain needs to correct this problem?so many otherreviews are also complaining.
These gentlemen did a great job. Ram the gentleman that made our subs did the best subs of all the subways we have been to. He should get a raise and promotion.
Do not eat at this subway please! I was served a sub with COLD chicken on it. When I returned to the counter with the sub the employees working at the front counter informed me that cannot do a refund. I asked as to why and she said they do not know howto do this and called the manager. The manager, Dedria, then told me that they do not have the authorization to do refunds andall they can do is make me another sub. She also stated that she is out of town and can not do anything for me. Please do niteat at this location for your health.
