Dairy Queen - Tallapoosa

Food was not well prepared. Cheese was hard and stale and wouldn't melt to the patty. Meat was over cooked and hard to eat. Drink was oversaturated with ice. When I asked for a cup of sauce, the manager yelled and scolded the employee by saying everycustomer only deserves one! (Even though he only gave me one. Was constantly yelling and berating his employees. Truly terriblethe way the manager treats his employees. Would never support this franchise again.

Rude as hell. Constantly interrupted us as we attempted to order, then told us ice cream would be 10 minutes out, this is an ice cream parlor why isn't it available, but that wouldn't have been such an issue but he then seemed ticked that we still wantedice cream!

The Indian guy taking orders is a jackass. They gave me a toasted hotdog bun for a piece of toast 1 time. Haven't went back in years and this time he was very rude so I left after my order. This broke down Dairy Queen needs new management asap. Atleastsomeone with common sense running the place

The food was delicious. I love the ice cream. The staff are very nice especially the manager . Definitely going back there

Food was good, fresh and hot. Attitude from the guy taking our order was rude that's ONLY reason why I'm not giving 5 star. 5 star to the person who made our food. She was great
