The waitresses had dirty, tangled hair, and the service was nonexistent. We spent a long time trying to find a clean table, and in the end, we had to sit at a dirty one that they cleaned while we were there. I really regret going there, but there were no other places available. Where is the management, and does it even exist in this establishment?

Convenient location, nice view. The service is disgusting, you will not wait for the waiter, although there were few people. The food is tasteless (we took a frying pan, rustic potatoes, a burger). The price quality ratio is inadequate. I ordered a milkshake, they brought the cheapest glass 0.2, milk and chemical flavoring ... although for the money that they paid, they counted on a normal glass and the presence of berries ... And they brought the wrong taste, I told the waitress about this, she answered that I ordered this one (although everyone heard that it was not). I don't recommend this establishment. We wanted to have some coffee and soft drinks, but there was no water in the restroom, so we couldn't wash our hands. The waitresses were barely moving, wearing grim expressions, and they only approached us when we called them over. The tables in the café were dirty and not cleaned after the previous customers, making it difficult to choose a table to sit at. When we asked the staff to clean a table, they replied that it was hardly necessary. It took 30 minutes to get our drinks, even though there were only three tables occupied, including ours. It was awful! When will service in Russia learn to handle even the most basic things?
