Feedback gevenWe had the pleasure of dining at Chef Matteo's pop-up dinner in Sonoma County. The 5-course meal was delicious, although we wished the portions were a bit larger because the dishes were so tasty. The highlight was the watermelon radish ravioli with Thyme-Scented cashew cheese, basil puree, and maldon sea salt. We can't wait for the next pop-up event or a trip to Costa Rica to try Chef Matteo's cuisine again.
Chef Matteo is incredible! We drove to Tamarindo for a few nights during our Costa Rica vacation. He was able to accommodate us last minute, which he doesn't usually do. We picked up our 5-course menu and enjoyed it in our hotel. The food was not only delicious, but also beautifully presented, locally sourced, and fresh. I wish I had a service like this where I live! The watermelon curry was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, we didn't take any photos because we devoured it too quickly.
We were fortunate to be in the know and attend a pop-up dinner hosted by Chef Matteo in Sonoma County. It was a five-course meal that left us completely satisfied. The only complaint we had was that the portions were too small because every dish was incredibly delicious. Our favorite was the Watermelon Radish Ravioli with Thyme-Scented Cashew Cheese, Basil Puree, and Maldon Sea Salt. We can't wait for the next pop-up event or to visit Chef Matteo in Costa Rica.
