Feedback gevenMy wife called into Max Spielman this afternoon around 2.20 pm to print some photographs and buy some frames. The young girl who was the sales attendant was rude and unhelpful and kept on saying “ read the instructions on the screen” when my wife asked for assistance. In the end, my wife left without making any purchase and will take the custom elsewhere. Such a shame as the previous attendant was attentive and helpful. Manners cost nothing.
Went to collect my George order at 9.40pm. Was told it was closed even though it said 10pm on the website. She said the door person had gone home. I’m not going back, the order will be cancelled. Terrible service when I could have it delivered. Unable to phone manager they aren’t taking phone calls.
I went to Asda Eastlands again for a coffee and a sandwich, and unfortunately, the coffee area was still filled with flies, particularly around the spouts of the milk jugs. I have mentioned this issue to the staff several times, and although they said they would address it, it seems they have not done so. Additionally, the floor was littered with food scraps that appeared to have been there all day. Hopefully, a health inspector will visit soon to address these cleanliness concerns.
I don't know what Asda has done to their pizzas, but they are now absolutely disgusting. We used to love them, but now the bases are tasteless and dry, and the toppings have been cut in half and taste awful. We even thought we might have COVID and that it was affecting our taste buds. Asda, you need to improve the quality of your pizzas. The rising cost of living should not be an excuse to compromise on quality and increase prices. You should strive to be better than that.
There are a lot of details to this story, but I will try to keep it brief. Over the past few years, I have had issues with two security guards at a restaurant for reasons that seem silly to me. On Halloween day, I entered the store with a friend and they needed to use the restroom. While waiting outside, I tried to be friendly and smile at one of the male security guards, but he completely ignored me and later called me a derogatory term. I always have my camera ready in case of trouble, as I tend to encounter issues whenever I go out. When my friend came out, the security guard was still there, but I did not hear the insult, so I decided to ignore him and continue with my day. However, a female security guard soon approached me, accusing me of insulting the male security guard and proceeded to kick me out of the store. Despite not knowing what had happened, I was banned from the cafe within the store. I had been a loyal customer for many years, but they were not willing to listen to my side of the story. Although I have visited the store since then and encountered friendly security guards, I was still not allowed to enter the cafe. I tried to contact the manager to resolve the situation, but I have not heard back in two weeks. I am frustrated and feel like I was unfairly treated by the security guards. Hopefully this issue will be resolved soon, but for now, my complaint remains unresolved.
