Feedback gevenHORRIBLE DISGUSTING!!! I placed an online order last night of 10 piece wings and fries. Food was absolutely cold and inedible. I tried calling straight after I received the food but went straight to voicemail. It is extremely worrying to think the staff of KFC thinks it’s ok to serve food if that poor quality.
Totally awful service, no sauce for chicken, no chicken drumsticks, no mayonnaise, no ketchup no sweet chilli sauce, no milkshake, no direction to say drive through is close all the way to the end. Chips was re-fried awful awful even my 8 yea old commented on how terrible the service is .
Not sure why I return here. But without fail they messed my recent order up. You go inside they take over 20 minutes to prepare food, drive through they will without fail mess order up. Ask for chicken leg they always give wrong piece. Forget to give gravy on regular basis and to top it off on my latest visit they forgot the chips !!!! Staff rude and manager is useless. If you queue up for the till if paying cash they ignore you for ages and you have to actually call for a member of staff to serve you. Total shambles of a place.
We have just visited KFC at Denton as drive through customers.. I can’t say it’s fast food for a start, although I’d rather the food be cooked from scratch if that was the reason for the delay? Simple request for no mayo on zinger burger and a BBQ sauce.. ended up with 8 random pots of chilli sauce, spicy mayo and tomato sauce and no BBQ. On a plus point for me, I was given at least 20 sachets of salt (no lie)
Ordered a simple box meal at the drive through to be asked to wait in the car park where my order would e brought to me. After 20 minutes I went into the shop adn asked what the delay was, The assistant went round the back of the counter and re-appeared with my meal. Terrible service.
