The Coffee Shop, Willow Wood, The Pad

We received outstanding service at this restaurant. The atmosphere was delightful and the prices were fair. We particularly enjoyed browsing through the books available for sale. Additionally, on the store's ground floor, we discovered a great selection of high-quality furniture at affordable prices.

The café is cozy and the staff there are friendly. I heard the manager of the shop downstairs being a bit abrupt on several occasions, but maybe she's under a lot of pressure. Upstairs, the café staff are very welcoming, even to a mom with an excited toddler. Browse through the bargains and treat yourself to some delicious homemade chocolate orange cake. The selection is limited but tasty, and the profits go to charity so you don't have to feel guilty about indulging!

Quaint cafe with a charming atmosphere and welcoming staff. Offers a small seating area and play area for children. Reasonably priced drinks, snacks, and cakes.

Staff are always very friendly and helpful. Food, while not too adventurous, is good and wholesome. A fair range of things to eat.

I visit the shop for a browse and always have something to eat in the cafe upstairs. Toasties are lovely and tea served in china pot with cups and saucers. Staff are all volunteers and do such a great job!!! Lovely bunch of ladies.
