Anthony's New York Style Pizza - Tampa

I ordered an extra large Florentine pizza with red sauce instead of white and they were happy to accommodate me. Then when I went to pick it up, they didn't take $50 bills and that's all I had. The owner took money out of his pocket to change out my 50. I asked for extra sauce on the side and they gave it to me, no problem without charging me. But the most important part was that the pizza was absolutely delicious. I normally go to Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza but this was closer and I'm so glad that I got this pizza instead! Amazing! Genuinely one of the best pies I’ve had on this side of the bay. Great flavor combo for the Mediterranean Chicken, absolutely loved it. Crust wasn’t too thin or burnt, dough was just right and very tasty. Will definitely try again to see if this was a fluke, but very pleased so far.

The pizza is great. There also, don’t forget the cannolis.

I've been going here for about a year now and love their giant slice for lunch, but today I ordered my first big delivery order. I got a Sicilian pizza, and their Philly steak. DELICIOUS! next time i will order double meat on the sub, but it was one of the best meals i have had in months! DO try a few things from their menu, they are all good (french fries are good too) look forward to trying the meatball sub next!

1st visit. Stopped in for lunch. Pepperoni pizza slice ok. Next visit I will try a Greek salad.
