She suggested the firecracker chicken and brought him a side of rice and a kids Thai tea without us even asking. Above her being fantastic, the food was absolutelyamazing. Best panang curry in Tampa and great wings. Pictured is the yellow curry koa soi, even better Thai than rooster Thai.We will be back!
Ordered dinner on UberEats here. I got the basil stir fry with ground chicken and the Thai tea (which was buy 1 get 1 free on the app). The dish was portioned very different than most places where there was more meat or stir fry than rice (I appreciatedthat) and it came with the fried egg as well. The only thing I didn?t like is the lack of basil flavor and taste in my food.
Excellent variety of Asian street food. I could try twenty different menu items and still have more I'd like to try. The majority of their menu items are under $15. Beer, wine and sake available. Indoor and outside seating available.
The food here is great, 5/5 for sure. Very authentic Asian food and Thai street food as advertised. Giving it an overall 4-stars because of the service: although my host and server seemed professional, everything seemed a bit?rushed?if not impatient?Theatmosphere seemed very chill, but my experience wasn?t so given how rushed everything was. Nevertheless, this is still a goodplace to visit given its central location, style and food quality.
Friday, 9 September 2022 at 2:00 PM Phad Bok Choy Chicken and fresh ginger slices fried in soy-and-ginger sauce with onion, carrot, bell pepper, green onion, and mushroom. $10.95 Food: 4/5 Very Good. The ginger was very aromatic but did not have astrong flavour presence. More smell than taste. Slightly disappointed in the underwhelming experience. Everything was freshand hot. Chicken was juicy. Vegetables were crisp. Service: 3/5 Good. Attentive in frequently refilling water cups. However, my appetizer, a Spring Roll, was clearly forgotten and I had to ask twice for it. It was served after the mainentrée. Ambience: 2/5 Fair. Several free-standing air conditioning units are placed throughout the dining floor with bulkyducts connected to the ceilings. It was not an elegant look. It felt very DIY. Cleanliness: 5/5 Excellent. The dining areaand the waitresses appeared clean, washed, and presentable. Value: 3/5 Good. The entrée and appetizer were filling. However, because the plates are so massive and the portions are moderate, the mismatched proportions affect the presentation and thefeeling of value. The food looked a little lost on the plate implying a false sense of inadequate serving size. Overall: 3/5Good. A decent Asian restaurant for a casual lunch in the central Ybor area. However, this is not a place I wouldintentionally drive to patron. I think it thrives due to a lack of strong competition in the immediate area, and not from astrong loyal repeat clientele.
