Everyone was very nice! Especially Natalie, she was extremely helpful and kind. The food portions were large! And the environment was clean!
Feel like there’s no point in asking for double protein in the poke bowls, there wasn’t a ton in there. Also forgot to add the sauce. The chicken in the rice bowls was also bland. I wish I could say it’s worth the price, but it’s definitely not. Hoping things will change
Title: A Disastrous Dining Experience: Cold Food and Snail-Paced ServiceI recently visited BENTO Asian Kitchen Grill restaurant with high hopes of enjoying a delightful meal, but alas, my experience turned into an utter nightmare. From start to finish, this culinary catastrophe left me feeling disappointed, frustrated, and absolutely famished. Brace yourself for my harrowing tale of woeful service, agonizing waiting times, and the pièce de résistance—my ice-cold, unpalatable dish.Upon entering the establishment, my companions and I were greeted by an ambiance that seemed promising. However, any glimmer of hope quickly evaporated as we encountered the abysmal service that awaited us. The staff, seemingly oblivious to our presence, appeared more interested in their own conversations than attending to the needs of their patrons. Our pleas for assistance fell on deaf ears, as we watched them idly stroll by, completely ignoring our parched throats and rumbling stomachs.Minutes turned into eternity as we waited for our orders to materialize. It was as if time had ground to a halt, leaving us trapped in a never-ending vortex of hunger and despair. The concept of prompt service seemed foreign to the waitstaff, who casually meandered about the restaurant without a care in the world. It was evident that urgency was an alien concept to them. When our food finally arrived, I was optimistic that at least one aspect of this ordeal would salvage the experience. Alas, my optimism was swiftly shattered as I discovered that the dish before me was chillingly cold. I could only assume it had been hastily forgotten in some Arctic freezer, only to be pulled out at the last possible moment to torment my taste buds. The flavors, if they could even be called such, were muted and lackluster. It was as if my meal had lost all will to impress and had resigned itself to a pitiful existence. To add insult to injury, the plating was haphazard at best, resembling a hastily arranged mess rather than a culinary masterpiece. It was clear that attention to detail and presentation held no value in the kitchen's repertoire. The coldness of the food only accentuated this lack of care and attention, leaving me questioning the competence and commitment of the culinary team.In conclusion, my visit to this ill-fated establishment was an experience I would not wish upon my worst enemy. The combination of woeful service, torturous waiting times, and a dish that could only be described as an icy disaster left me feeling utterly dissatisfied. I implore the management to reevaluate their priorities and take immediate action to rectify the multitude of shortcomings that plague this establishment. Until then, I shall never darken their doorstep again, nor shall I recommend this dining nightmare to anyone seeking a pleasant gastronomic experience.
I dont like to leave bad reviews but food quality has gone downhill : I used to be a big fan and Im so dissapointed. My husband and I went for lunch and paid $70 for sushi that tasted stale and sad. The only good thing I ate was an egg roll. What happened?
