Buffalo Wild Wings - Tampa

The service at this restaurant was fantastic! We had Jasmine as our server, and she was extremely attentive and friendly. Overall, I would give our experience a 5-star rating because of the strong teamwork and outstanding customer service that was evident throughout our visit. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a delightful night out!

The silverware was dirty and the wrong beer was served. The waitress had only four tables and was not busy. When I sent the silverware back, she brought me more dirty silverware. The drink I ordered was not what I received, and there was a large chip in the glass. I will not be returning and will be posting this review on Facebook and Instagram.

I dined at this restaurant twice in one week because of the inconvenient location of my hotel. The atmosphere was pleasant, the service was excellent (thank you Annie), the food was delicious, and there were plenty of sports to watch. The most surprising part was the cheesecake - it's a must-try ( insider tip: opt for the chocolate over caramel, thank me later).

A terrible restaurant. slow service all around. had to wait 25min for water only. also no manager in severity. no wonder nobody wants to work here.

Pretty good experience. The restaurant including the restrooms were clean. The waitress was very nice, patient, and helpful. My drink was made to perfection!!!!I had boneless wings and fries. Both were good. The chicken was a bit overcooked, so when they started to cool off, they were tough.Overall great experience.
