China King - Tampa

One of the best Chinese food restaurants I ever been too!

I've been going there for years! They are practically like family! Great people and great food!

Amazing! I’ve lived in Tampa for 3 years now and have yet to find a good place to get Chinese food I’m happy to say I’ve finally found one! I got the general tso’s chicken combination platter and a small side of chicken lo mein. The portion size is so huge this will last me a little more than 3 meals! Not to mention, the flavor is fantastic in everything. Usually I have to douse my Chinese food in duck sauce or soy sauce for taste but there was no need for that here. I will say that the price was pretty steep for just 2 things, but I feel like it’s worth it since it lasts me so long. Definitely will be returning will be a regular!

After too long of an absence I returned to China King tonight and was reminded why it's one of my favorite places to eat in the world. I tried the vegetable soup for the first time and it was so delicious!! I've lived in this neighborhood for many many years and so many places I loved have gone revisiting China King was like being reacquainted with an old friend (literally, I love the staff! and with so much change and growth happening in Tampa, I find comfort and happiness visiting one of the OG's! Thanks for sticking around and being part of the place I call home! I'll be back soon!

I rarely write reviews, but I have to say, I love this place! The staff is incredibly friendly and impressively quick—your food is usually ready for pickup in about 10 minutes. It also offers a unique experience, setting it apart from typical Chinese restaurants.
