Dunkin' - Tampa

I just went through the drive-thru and ordered a sausage croissant, but there was hair in my food.

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. The service was excellent, and the young man who assisted me was very polite. I wasn't aware they were closing, but he was incredibly patient with me. Thank you! I also enjoyed the hot chocolate and the caramel signature latte.

I ordered my meal 15 minutes ahead of time, but when I arrived, the drive-through line was extending out to the street. When I went inside, they didn’t even have a record of my order. They were out of all the ingredients and couldn’t issue a refund.

One of the best dunkin locations in tbe Tampa area! Friendly and fast!

Ridiculously long drive thru line, and poor customer relations.
