Earl Of Sandwich - Tampa

The quality has declined so much. I used to swear by these sandwiches and eat them very often. The sandwich used to have exquisitely crispy bread. The sandwich I was given today was lazily made, the ingredients don't taste the same, and they skimped on the sandwich sauce. I just won't come back and save myself the and calories.

My wife ordered my usual sandwich, the caprese, and I was VERY DISAPPOINTED! I’ve told her not to get me food from EARL anymore. The quantity of ingredients on the sandwich is ridiculous—it’s just not the same as it used to be. If food prices have gone up, then fine, charge more for it; that’s understandable. But don’t reduce the quantity while keeping the same price or even increasing it. My mozzarella was the size of a pickle chip, and I’m not exaggerating—I should have taken a picture! It’s disheartening to see businesses rely solely on their name recognition after going through tough times. You’re driving away your customer base, and that might work for some, but not for me. You should be ashamed of the product you’re serving and calling it the EARL OF SANDWICH.

The food was outstanding and the service was flawless! The Holiday Turkey had the perfect taste of Thanksgiving dinner! The Hawaiian BBQ offered a delightful combination of sweet BBQ sauce and pineapple, paired with grilled chicken. The Italian sub was also fantastic, capturing the authentic flavors of a true Italian sub.

The amount of meat on the sandwich was disappointing. I've eaten this same sandwich a lot and it seemed half as usual.
