Eddie V's Tampa

Everything was incredible! The food was exceptionally delicious, and the service was very good. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is that we were seated half an hour after our reservation time. A wait of 5, 10, or even 15 minutes is fine, but waiting half an hour for a reserved table feels a bit excessive. Aside from that, everything was fantastic!

My first visit to Eddie W's was fantastic, and our server Steffany was wonderful. We had a reservation for 6:30, but they informed us that they were running behind, so we didn't get to our table until 6:50. The food took a while to arrive, and Steffany mentioned that a manager would come by to apologize, but all they did was deliver the food and check if it was cooked to our liking. We were seated at a remote table, which I had requested. Despite the delays, Steffany ensured we had an enjoyable evening.

The service was outstanding. Our server was extremely attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, making it easy to choose the perfect dishes. We ordered the 8 oz and 12 oz filet, both cooked to perfection, accompanied by creamy au gratin potatoes and crab fried rice, which created a wonderful combination of flavors and textures. The highlight of the evening was dessert. We chose the banana foster butter cake, which was warm and gooey on the inside, with the bananas Foster sauce adding a delightful sweetness and a hint of rum aroma. It was the perfect way to end the meal. We also had the lemon tart, which featured a buttery crust and a tangy yet sweet lemon filling; it was a refreshing way to conclude our dining experience. Overall, our time at Eddie W's was nothing short of spectacular. The food was delicious, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was just right. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a special night out.

Never disappointed for a visit here. We stopped in before making an airport run. Reservation for a high top in the bar, Kristine was our server. She’s great! We had: Oysters Lobster bisque Lobster tacos Sea bass All fantastic and perfectly timed!
