Ihop - Tampa

The short worker took a long time to sit down this morning. 3 doors said they would wait until they pick up their commands. the food was good, coffee was okay. coffee taste and fresh important to me. the server was a great review back and scrape off our coffee.

Actually, they don't waste their time. the staff is not there to take their order and bring their food. If you need something, you have to get up and find it yourself. like salt I checked 3 tables to find a non-filthy salt shaker. ketchup is empty on each table. also the coffee is served almost cold warm and the food is hot.

The restaurant was quite empty and from the outside it looked like it was closed. the waitress was promptly greeted, eat and take our drinks order. our food was fast too. I would like to point out that again the restaurant was practically empty I saw only two other table occupied with 2 people each, as not sure how it would be if there were more patrons.

Came on our trip to tampa to ihop. we were expected from dion. amazing man, superior customer service. my sister, who is disabled, was with us. He took it up and was just so kind and gentle with her. I will be absolutely back.

Honestly disappointing coming here today. The food was great but the server, Daphne was terrible. When she greeted us she didn’t say good morning or anything just asked us what we wanted. Then through the meal she did not once stop at our table to ask if we needed anything else or to refill waters or coffee. We had to stop her as she went between her other tables that she was giving good service to. She seemed like she would rather be anywhere else
