Long John Silver's A&w (31434) - Tampa

Worse long johns I ever been too. I over ljs. I know what the food and experience is suppose to be like, I'll never goto this location again. Cold food. Lazy rude employees

I stop at this location at least once a week. Love the chicken and crunchies. This time was very sad. I asked for chicken and I think they gave me fish, asked for extra crunchies, was told they were in the box. I never received any, not even with the regular order ones. Wanted coleslaw, was told they were out. I also ordered a root beer float and you couldn't even see the ice cream. Was nothing but root beer. Only way I knew there was any ice cream on the bottom was my straw stopped about an inch from the bottom of the cup. Very disasappointed today. Not sure if I'll be back.

The food was great, but the service sucked. I placed an online order, went to pick it up. Went in and was told the lobby was closed it was raining and they closed the lobby because they didn't want the floor to get wet. So I went back out and went through the drive in.25 minutes later I got to the window. There were only 2 cars ahead of me. I told them I had an online order . They knew nothing about it. They looked and the order was there but it had not been made yet. I waited another 15 minutes for the manager to cook my order. The cashier apologized and told me he (the manager) only cooks one order at a time. 40 minutes total to pick up an online order. The manager needs to be fired, retrained or something.

Went into the fowler location in tampa last week two different paintings they said they did not grill so I did not the flat plate. it was at 4:00 a.m. the second time was 8:00 on the same day. I went to my lunch 10:35 yesterday they were not open from the hours said they opened 10:30 so I got in my car sat in the drive thru someone came up saying they were closed. I sat there for one that they never opened. what is going on with this place, they are closed. this is unprofessional

They hardly open the dining room. the restaurant looks like that. it's sad how long john silvers has gone down in the last 30 years....Let it put chick fila coworkers vs long john silvers coworkers no compare I guess long john silvers takes someone breathing here to work...sad
