Los Comales - Tampa

Omg! I finally found authentic Mexican food in Florida! The pozole is some of the best pozole I have ever had. The Carne asada tacos are awesome! We will definitely be back!

The food was so good. The staff was very nice and friendly. I will definitely visit again.

This is my favorite taco spot in Tampa. Selfishly, I don't want everyone to know about this place, as the ambience and company around this place is the perfect environment to enjoy the food. It feels like home eating here. Don't sleep on the pineapple agua fresca either.

Very disappointed to get home and open up my order. Went for the shrimp tacos, the shrimp are extremely tiny and not cleaned, the entire meal looks incredibly unappetizing.

I was eager to try a fish and shrimp taco, a TacoTuesday special hopefully! I looked up many places and reviews, however, I decided to go to Los Comales being it 's located by my house (laziness on my part). When I went to order my food, I was greeted by a welcoming smile from the lady in the truck. I asked if they had fish tacos. She replied yes, they are fish sticks. The sound of fish sticks was unpleasing to hear. She immediately told me they have shrimp tacos assuming she noticed my facial expression?. I ordered the steak and shrimp tacos for $7. I guess the price went up by fifty cent or tax is heavily weighed?. I enjoyed the steak taco with the green sauce. I didn 't like the watery red sauce. I used my store bought Herdez sauce along with lime juice because I was given lemons. The shrimp taco was disappointing and disgusting to say the least. It was made with these teeny tiny, veined shrimps(a large portion). However, they are too small to devein. I threw it a way! I don 't think I 'll return to this food truck again.
