I am not here to give a negative review, but I believe the bartender working nights needs to be changed. I did not catch her name, but it is not important because I am sure I am not the only guest who has had issues with her. I refrained from asking her about a charge on my bill due to her rude treatment of other guests. I am glad I did not, as I overheard her snide response at the front desk. I suggest retraining her or assigning her to a position where she does not interact with guests. Furthermore, her comment about the previous bartender using up all the olive juice and being "on the spectrum" was unacceptable. My son is also on the spectrum, and I can guarantee his intelligence surpasses hers. More importantly, he would not complain about such a menial job as bartending. Improvement is necessary.

The food at this restaurant was amazingly delicious and offered at a fair price.

The service at Embassy Suites Hotel is amazing. The managers, especially Vincent McKenzie, are polite and friendly. The breakfast offers a great variety of well-cooked options, including delicious omelettes and waffles made by the chef. During cocktail hour, guests can enjoy excellent snacks and drinks. The cleaning crew is delightful and kind. This hotel has truly enhanced our trip and I highly recommend it to everyone. 5 stars for Embassy Suites Hotel, where you will feel like you're in paradise. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Outstanding hotel! Conveniently located near major roads, restaurants and entertainment. Bass Pro, IFly and Top Golf are right down the road. The property is in quiet area which is nice. The staff overall were great. Friendly and willing to go the extra mile. The room was well maintained though in certain areas the age of the hotel is showing a little. Housekeeping did a good job and kept the rooms clean and on a regular schedule. The restaurant had a good selection and even had specials. Gina the bartender does a great job keeping the bar and restaurant fun and relaxing. Breakfast was good with a good choice of food. I didn't use the pool, conference/meeting rooms but plenty I spoke with did and while the pool is small it was adequate. There is an Avis Car Rental in the hotel. I travel 200+ days a year and this is a new favorite of mine. I will be staying here again.
