5 Stars, Excellent tasting BBQ... Better than I expected for sure, everything was super tasty, cooked well and lots of flavor. The moist brisket was on point, jalapeno sausage was fantastic, pulled was juicy, and the ribs were almost perfect for competition, little more on the soft side that most consumers like.
