Feedback gevenAmazing cookies and brownies. The staff is always just the right amount of attentive (gives you time to look, but comes right over as soon as you are ready to order). Even when there's a line, they get through it quickly.
As delicious as the cookies may be, I will no longer be a customer. This is what happens when you hire people that don 't care about the business or the customers. I called Sunday to order a small personalized cookie and was told at 4:30 that they stopped taking orders. WHAT?! The mall closes at 6:00! I asked why and Melanie the girl who answered the phone said in a nonchalant tone, because we turned off the ovens. Uuuughhh why? She couldn 't give me a reason, but it 's obvious that someone wanted to go home early. It 's awful to know that the owner must be clueless that his pocket is being affected that bottom line is running thin and will even get thinner because of lazy workers. I could totally understand if that becomes policy and it 's written, posted in black and white that they will turn off ovens at a certain time yet that was not the case.
Delicious cookies!!!! They had a pretty good selection of treats to choose from. The prices are way too high. It cost me over $5 for 2 cookies. Yes, they we're definitely delicious but not sure that I would be willing to pay that much for this again. The girl behind the counter was very nice and polite but, she seemed to be having trouble with counting the change. Just weird.
App is a broken mess, which isn't the reason for my bad review. That comes from the manager who refused to give out the birthday cookie since we couldn't pull up the app, (because it's broken! regardless of the other proof we offered to provide. He was very rude about it too. Had a pretty disappointed birthday girl. Yes, it was just a cookie, but to me, it was also about the principle good customer service.
Been numerous times and customer service could be better, but cookies are always 10/10.
