Be prepared to either pay for valet service or make a bit of a trek to reach the restaurant. Overall, OLIVIA provides a solid take on Italian cuisine in a pleasant dining atmosphere.
This restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere and serves excellent food. The prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity you receive.
For the main course, we ordered the filet dinner and the scallop dinner, along with Brussels sprouts and a rigatoni with meat sauce. The scallops were cooked to perfection and seasoned beautifully, served with risotto that was absolutely on point—not sticky at all. I was pleasantly surprised by the filet; I didn’t expect the steak to be so exceptional at an Italian restaurant, but it truly surpassed our expectations. The meat sauce rigatoni was the epitome of homemade Italian pasta. For dessert, I chose the tiramisu, and it was phenomenal. I highly recommend all the dishes we tried. Our servers, David and Zach, took excellent care of us and provided great recommendations. We will definitely be returning!
We celebrated my mom’s birthday dinner at Olivia and it was incredible. The restaurant itself is gorgeous; we were seated in a cozy corner which was perfect for a birthday celebration. The food was outstanding from the appetizers to each pasta dish. My family is Italian, so we have high standards for Italian food and it didn’t disappoint. The arancini was delicious, squid ink pasta the best I’ve had (including in Italy), risotto phenomenal. (My husband and I don’t each red meat so I can’t directly comment on the bolognese or bone marrow but my parents loved their dishes). Then they brought a celebration cannoli to acknowledge my mom’s birthday. We will definitely be back
Great place for date night. Menu was amazing. Plenty to try when we come back. Amanda was our waiter and she was fantastic!Good drinks. The blanco Negroni was light and refreshing, but can’t go wrong with the classic Negroni.Unfortunately they were out of garlic bread. We had the burrata instead and it was AMAZING! Good balance of fresh and savory with the basil and pesto. The short rib agnolotti was good. Very meaty. The Milanese chicken breast was good as well and came layered with delicious veggies. The Brussels sprouts were crispy, probably second best I’ve had in Tampa. We’ll definitely come back.We did an early Sunday dinner. Reservations were smooth and parking was easy.
